A Little Time Goes A Long Ways

Time is important to everyone.  It does not matter if you are a CEO of a fortune five hundred company, a work from home parent or a stay at home parent time is time and time is money.  We all need a little extra time in our days.. We all would love just two more hours added on to that 24 hours we already have. So how do we save time? How do we get just a few more hours in our day to complete that one last project?

A great way to do that is to start out your week with a Little Cup of Monday Motivation.  Easier said then done?  No not really.  Monday’s are the perfect day to sit down and decided what you need to get done this week.  Make a list.  If you are not sure where to start when it comes to making a list I would suggest starting out with List Planit and see all the great list they have. Make a list of everything you need to get done including, business, personal, around the house and don’t forget that list to prepare for the upcoming holiday weekend.

Once you have created your list you want to prioritize it.  Figure out what is most important and then from there just work your way down.  You want to get what is most important done first.  That way it is out of the way and you don’t have to worry about when you are going to get it done.

Once your list is all complete then break it down into sections.  Each day gets a new list of things to go and one major priority.  Start your day off with the priority and get it checked off your list first thing.  Then work on the other things.  You are going to feel amazing each time you check something off and more important you are going to have list full of check marks by the end of the day.

Don’t forget about outsourcing.  If you can outsource then do it.  You can outsource about anything.  From business, to personal to getting your house cleaned. You name it you can outsource it.

If you do all this you are going to not waste so much time trying to figure out what you are supposed to be doing, or what you are forgetting.  You are going to realize you all the sudden have more time because you list is complete and you are not forgetting to do anything and therefor you are not running around crazy at the last minute.
